Street photography is a thrilling art.
A moment can make or break you. A single hesitation or unpreparedness could spell the difference between a shot taken, or lost – for a moment, once gone, can never be repeated.
Taking to the streets to take photos of urban life, people and the goings-on of city living has been one that I have always wanted to try ever since I learned about it. I never got the opportunity, however, to experience going on a photo walk with a group of photographers to help build up my courage.

As part of my return to visual media, I have been re-sharpening my photo-editing skills. There are a lot one can learn from the internet now. It also helps when you follow a handful of photographers and film makers on youtube.
In any case, above is a photo of a bunch of benches after a light rain. The top picture is the original, out-of-the-camera image. The bottom is after a bit of editing.
With my wife diving into her vlog production more recently because we have more free time, I have rekindled my love for photography.
Armed with my Fujifilm Superzoom, which I had with me since 2014 (yeah, it’s old), and my iPhone, I have been taking photos whenever I can.
